Oil painting of Water/Grist Mill was purchased from an auction house in New York state. Wonderful trees, sky, mountains, rocks, grass, etc. --unframed. We believe this was painted about 1900 and is signed on the back by J. R. McCoy. Could possibly be of the Hudson Valley School of artists.
